involve.me free plan: limits, what it leaves out and the 14-day trial

Is there an involve.me free plan?

Yes. involve.me has a Free plan: every new account starts on it, and no credit card is needed to sign up. The Free plan has no end date while the account stays active, which sets it apart from the 14-day trial of the paid plans.

The calculator element, VLOOKUP and live integrations are paid features, and submission data on a free account is deleted after 30 days. The table below lists the limits involve.me publishes, as read on 3 October 2026.

In the table above, a funnel is whatever you build in involve.me, a quiz, a survey or a form for example, and the 2 live funnels are the ones you can keep published at the same time.

involve.me's own pages disagree on the Free plan's monthly lead cap: the pricing page says 50 submissions and the help center says 25 contacts, and both give 500 visits. involve.me's help center gives the Free plan 50 emails a month, while its Free plan page lists emails as not included, so we do not count on email from a free account.

When a free account reaches its monthly limit and does not upgrade, its funnels are locked until the next calendar month.

Is involve.me free for a quote calculator?

No. involve.me's help center and Free plan page mark calculators as not included on Free, although its Outgrow comparison page says the free plan covers calculators, so we follow the help center. The cheapest plan that includes the calculator is Start at $29 a month, charged annually, or $49 a month, billed monthly.

A free account can still try paid features. involve.me's pricing FAQ says paid features can be tested on draft funnels, while its help center says a free account can publish such a funnel as a watermarked test version capped at 10 submissions. The help center applies that cap to each published funnel, and deleting submissions does not reset it. The involve.me calculator page covers what the paid element does.

involve.me free trial: 14 days of a paid plan, card required

The involve.me free trial is a separate 14-day trial of a paid plan, and it needs billing details. You choose a plan and a billing period, enter a payment card, and are not charged until the trial ends.

• Trial limits: 1,000 funnel visits, 100 contacts collected, and 50 emails sent per month.
• If you do not cancel within the 14 days, the chosen paid plan starts automatically and the card is charged.
• Cancel on the Plans & Billing page with "Cancel trial". Access lasts until the trial ends, then the account moves to Free at no charge.
• An organization that has subscribed or trialed before is not eligible.

involve.me's help center says a trial can be canceled at any time in the 14 days, while its payment terms ask for 24 hours' notice when you cancel through support, so cancel on the Plans & Billing page at least a day before the trial ends.

The payment terms add that a reminder email goes out at least 7 days before the charge. Once that charge is made, involve.me refunds only pro rata, after a prolonged technical failure or where the law requires it, as quoted on our involve.me pricing page. Two rules that delete free-plan data

Free accounts lose data in two documented ways, so a free account is not the place to keep lead records.

• 30-day retention. Submission data older than 30 days is deleted automatically on a rolling basis. The help center applies the same rule to an account that drops back to Free after canceling, so make an involve.me export before the paid period ends.
• Inactivity. An account is scheduled for deletion when it has always been on Free, has had no login for more than 210 days and no funnel visits for 90 days. involve.me emails a notice 30 days ahead, and a deleted account cannot be restored.

Who the Free plan suits, and when Fillout or Tally is the better free tool

The Free plan suits a business that wants to publish one or two simple forms or quizzes, or to build a draft and see the editor before paying. It does not suit anyone who needs a working quote calculator, leads sent to a CRM, or records kept longer than 30 days.
