What is involve.me?

involve.me is an online builder for multi-step lead funnels: quizzes, forms, calculators, assessments and landing pages that pass each lead into a built-in contact list and email follow-up. It is run by stereosense GmbH, a company registered in Vienna, Austria, and the vendor says more than 4,500 businesses use it.

There is a Free plan that needs no credit card, and paid plans start at $29 a month, charged annually, as read on 3 October 2026. Nothing is installed: you build in the browser and share the result as a link, an embed or a pop-up.

To try a paid plan first, involve.me offers a 14-day trial. It asks for billing details and becomes the paid plan unless you cancel.

How does involve.me work?

involve.me works in six documented steps, from an empty draft to a lead in your contact list.

1. Create a funnel one of three ways: start from scratch, describe it to the AI, or choose a template.
2. Name it and choose a funnel type. The next section explains the three.
3. In the editor, add content elements such as questions, a contact form or a calculator.
4. Click Publish, review the settings on the Configure page, then publish to go live.
5. Share the funnel by its link or QR code, or copy the embed code to place it on your website, full size or as a pop-up.
6. Read completed submissions on the Responses page, and connect an integration if the data should reach another tool.

The help center advises keeping a funnel in draft while you are still trying it, because submission data is saved once it is published. Entries made in draft mode are deleted automatically at publishing.

The involve.me funnel: three types and one rule

An involve.me funnel is a sequence of pages that leads a visitor to one action, such as requesting a quote or booking a call. You pick one of three types when you create it.

The rule that matters: every visitor must be able to reach the final page. If they cannot, the submission stays partial and integrations do not trigger. The type is also locked once the funnel is published; to change it you duplicate the funnel and publish the copy.

involve.me forms and calculators: a worked example on Start

involve.me forms are funnels whose fields map to contact properties, so an entry with a valid email becomes a contact with its answers attached. A calculator is an element you add to the same funnel.

Take a three-person trash-bin cleaning company that wants an instant estimate on its website. Following the pattern in the calculator documentation, page 1 asks for the number of bins and the visits per year, page 2 shows a Price Calculator result that updates live, and page 3 holds the contact form.
