Building a price formula in involve.me without code

In involve.me, each answer option of a choice question gets a value once Individual Score & Calculation is on, and the formula uses those values. A painting contractor can give each room count its own value.

  • Drag a Calculator or Price Calculator element onto a page, then click a question to add it to the formula. A Price Calculator is the same builder formatted for pricing with currency display.
  • Combine questions with + (add), - (subtract), * (multiply), / (divide), ^ (exponent) and brackets. IF/THEN statements and VLOOKUP handle more complex formulas.
  • VLOOKUP takes the answer a visitor picked, finds it in the first column of a data table and returns a value from another column of the same row. You add a data table by entering its name and the URL of a public Google Sheet; you can add 10 tables at most, and each resync is manual, at most every 5 minutes. VLOOKUP is available from Start.
  • Test the formula with different answer combinations before publishing. Global formulas, which reuse one formula inside another calculator, are available from Grow.

Create with AI in the formula builder writes a formula from a text prompt. The involve.me Free plan needs no card but has no calculator; a live calculator takes Start or the 14-day paid trial, which needs billing details and converts unless canceled.

Calconic, ConvertCalculator and Outgrow: how each builds a calculator

Calconic places elements in its editor, then adds a formula element that does the price or quantity calculation. Its Free plan allows 5 active calculators and 500 impressions a month, and an impression is counted each time the calculator loads.

ConvertCalculator says its builder supports all Excel functions, so a spreadsheet can become a web calculator, and that no skills are needed, though Excel experience helps with complex calculations.

Outgrow says you can build calculators for a website in minutes without coding: set up the formula and results, then embed the calculator or share a direct link. Freelancer includes math formulas with if-else.

Putting a no code calculator on your website

involve.me embeds on 1 website on Start and 3 on Scale, and it says a WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or custom site works without a plugin. ConvertCalculator embeds through a plugin or one line of code. Calconic offers a standard embed, a popup or an iFrame. Outgrow embeds on a page, as a popup, in chat, on exit intent or on your subdomain. WordPress quote calculator covers the WordPress route.

Pick involve.me when the formula must feed a lead form and a follow-up email. Pick Calconic or ConvertCalculator when the calculator only has to show a number on the page. Price calculator software compares involve.me and these builders with Fillout and Jotform, and involve.me calculator lists the plan limits.
