involve.me integrations by plan

Yes, involve.me integrates natively with CRMs, email tools, spreadsheets and payment providers, and reaches other apps through Zapier or webhooks, but only on paid plans. A funnel that uses an integration counts as a paid-feature funnel: the involve.me free plan lets it go live only as a watermarked test, for 10 submissions.

involve.me's pages say 30+, 50+ and 55+ integrations in different places; the pricing table we counted on 3 October 2026 has 55 rows, 23 of them on Start, 42 on Grow and all 55 on Scale.

An integration sends data only when a visitor completes the funnel by reaching its final page, and most need the visitor's email address. Funnel types and final pages are explained in what is involve.me. Hidden fields and UTM passing also start at Grow.

involve.me HubSpot integration: native, from the Grow plan

The involve.me HubSpot integration is native and needs Grow or Scale. It creates HubSpot contacts, or updates their properties, from each completed submission. Setup, per the help center:

1. Open the funnel and go to the Connect tab.
2. Find HubSpot, click Connect, choose the HubSpot account and approve the requested permissions.
3. Back in involve.me, map funnel fields to HubSpot properties, or keep the automatic AI mapping.
4. Save, then look for the status "Successful" on a submission under Responses.

The email address is always sent. Properties created from the mapping screen are text only, so a score or a quote total needs a number property made in HubSpot first. A later submission with the same email updates that contact's properties.

involve.me Zapier: a connector from the Start plan

involve.me works with Zapier on Start, Grow and Scale, using the trigger "New Completed Submission". You need a Zapier account, and only the owner of an involve.me organization can authorize the connection.

The data passed includes contact-form fields, answers, hidden fields, calculator results, the outcome and the score. The help center says submissions reach Zapier in roughly 30 seconds to 2 minutes, and that the connection stops working when the involve.me subscription ends. involve.me's own pages give three different Zapier app counts (3,000, 5,000 and 9,000), so we quote none.

involve.me Google Sheets: native, from the Start plan

involve.me sends submissions to Google Sheets through a native integration included from Start. You connect a Google account, then create a new spreadsheet or paste the URL of an existing one, and each submission is added after the last used row of the "Sheet1" tab. It is one of the integrations that works without an email address.

One warning from the help center: deleting or renaming a column in that sheet causes formatting problems at the next submission, because involve.me adds the missing column again at the end. For a file copy instead of a live feed, see involve.me export.

involve.me and Shopify: embed only, no native sync

involve.me has no native Shopify integration: Shopify is absent from the integrations directory and from the pricing table. The documented route is embedding. In Shopify, open the page, switch the rich text editor to its HTML view, paste the funnel's embed code and save.

That displays a quiz or calculator inside a Shopify page. Embedding alone sends nothing to Shopify's customer or order records. The checks in involve.me embed apply to a Shopify page as to any other site.

Four involve.me integration limits, and when Tally or Typeform fits better

Four documented limits apply across integrations:

• Webhooks start at Scale ($139 a month, charged annually), need an HTTPS endpoint, and do not fire for partial submissions.
• Integrations carry no service-level agreement; the stated average delivery time is 30 to 60 seconds.
• Two opt-in checkboxes pointed at the same integration cancel each other, and no data is sent.
• A duplicated funnel copies its integration settings, so a copy can write to your live CRM.

Pick involve.me when the CRM you already use is on its list at a plan you would buy anyway. If you mainly need webhooks or a spreadsheet feed from a simple form, Tally lists webhooks, Zapier and Google Sheets in its free tier, and Typeform Basic lists webhooks and integrations with 100 responses a month.
